We will explain the trade-offs and best strategies for proceeding with appraisals, estate liquidation or downsizing. We will present you with a written proposal and estimate of costs. When you have approved our proposal, we will then execute the “plan” as outlined.

Mr. Jordan is a Certified Estate Specialist. He is also a CAGA Certified Personal Property Appraiser, a licensed Auctioneer (VA# 3481) and a Certified Auction Specialist, Residential Real Estate. 

Mr. Jordan has over 31 years experience in antiques and collectibles restoration, sales, appraisal, and household goods transit insurance claims.
